Says the duo, comprised of frontman Tyler Joseph and drummer Josh Dun: “This is a story about cycles, and trying to break them. About discerning between external and internal attacks. And about balance. A balance between being saved by a friend, and saving yourself. Here is the official video for The Outside.”

Reba McEntire took the Oscar stage for the second time in her career Sunday night, to perform “Somehow You Do,” the Oscar-nominated song from the film Four Good Days.
Reba sang the song, written by 13-time nominee Diane Warren, while wearing a black gown with huge jeweled detail in the front. Her hair was up and she wore a pair of simple earrings. In the audience, Warren applauded Reba wildly.
Her previous Oscar performance came in 1991: She sang the song “I’m Checkin’ Out,” from the Meryl Streep film film Postcards from the Edge.
Monday just happens to be Reba’s birthday, so no matter if the song wins or loses, it’s safe to say she’ll be celebrating tonight.
On a more somber note, immediately following Reba’s performance, the Oscars held a moment of silence for Ukraine.

Thomas Rhett has found a creative way to sign albums for fans!
Just one week shy of the release of his new album, Where We Started, the hit singer is literally taking to the floor in preparation. On Friday, Thomas shared a video of himself in the plank position as he signs multiple copies of the album.
“Thought I would see how many I could sign one-handed planks. Might as well get a work out in,” Thomas struggles to say as he balances on his hands and feet with a pen in hand, autographing a row of albums. “Oh, I’m out of shape,” he quips, hopping from one album cover to the next.
“I’m still sore from this,” he admits in the caption of the humorous video.
The superstar is set to drop Where We Started on April 1. Its lead single, “Slow Down Summer,” is in the top 20 of the country charts. His forthcoming headlining Bring the Bar to You Tour with Parker McCollum and Conner Smith will run from June through October.
Longtime friends Jason Aldean and Brantley Gilbert have teamed up for a fiery new song, “Rolex on Redneck.”
The hip-hop-leaning track, which features Hardy as one of its co-writers, finds the two friends trading verses about how the hard work of rural life may not afford a mansion in California, but it can lend itself to a fancy Rolex watch.
“This turnin’ dirt life might not put a milli on a paycheck/ But it can put on a Rollie on a redneck,” the pair chant over a gritty melody.
The hit singers have quite a history: Brantley originally wrote and recorded “My Kinda Party,” which Jason later covered and scored a #1 hit with in 2011. Brantley also co-wrote one of Jason’s other signature hits, “Dirt Road Anthem.”
“This guy has been a big part of my career. Back in the day I cut a couple of his songs that were HUGE for me,” Jason writes of Brantley on Instagram. “It’s cool to have it come full circle now and get to collab on a song with my boy @brantleygilbert.This s*** is long overdue!”
Brantley, meanwhile, shares on Instagram, “Aldean was one of those guys coming up that I looked up to because he’s a great song guy,” noting that he’ll “forever be grateful” to Jason for cutting those two songs.
He adds, “Writing a song and having Aldean cut it is one thing, and that’s something I’ll always be thankful for and is a blessing in itself…But to be able to do a song with him, well, it’s a WHOLE OTHER LEVEL.”
“Rolex on a Redneck” is the first taste of new music from Brantley since he released “The Worst Country Song of All Time” with Hardy and Toby Keith in 2021.

Jake Owen is praising the women in his life with his new song, “Up There Down Here.”
The country track finds the singer describing the angel to his devil, the type he can see himself marrying one day as he sings, “I’m a raise a little hell, she’s heaven on Earth/The grace to my grit and the rain on my dirt/I’m a little down-home, cold beer/She’s a little up there, down here.”
“I really loved this song from the minute I heard it. All of us boys are lucky to find these angels here on earth. I happen to be lucky enough to raise two of them,” Jake says in a statement, in reference to his daughters, nine-year-old Olive Pearl and two-year-old Paris.

On Thursday, Former President Donald Trump filed a civil lawsuit against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others, alleging a conspiracy against him in 2016. The lawsuit names 28 individuals and organizations as defendants, alleging they worked together in a large interlocking conspiracy to cripple his presidential campaign by alleging collusion with Russia. The suit alleges “the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”
The federal civil suit filed in Florida claims damages in excess of $24 million, accusing the defendants of “a malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his campaign, all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career and rigging the 2016 Presidential Election in favor of Hillary Clinton.” The suit added that named defendants “have consistently and regularly committed acts of racketeering activity spanning from at least April 2015. The RICO Defendants, through and using the Enterprise, engaged in, and continues to engage in, a coordinated effort to destroy the Plaintiff’s political career and impede his ability to effectively govern as President of the United States.”
Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluded after a two-year investigation that Russia did interfere in the 2016 election, but said he was unable to conclude whether Trump’s campaign colluded with the Russian government or whether Trump obstructed the investigation.
President Joe Biden announced after the NATO and Group of Seven meetings in Brussels on Thursday that the United States will accept up to 100,000 Ukrainian war refugees. Additionally, more than $1 billion in new funding will also be provided for humanitarian assistance for victims of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
Biden said: “Many Ukrainian refugees will wish to stay in Europe, closer to their homes, but we’ll also welcome 100,000 Ukrainians to the United States with a focus on reuniting families. The United States is one of the leaders in the international community and has an obligation to be engaged.”
The White House said in a statement that Ukraine war refugees will be welcomed through “the full range of legal pathways, including the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. In particular, we are working to expand and develop new programs with a focus on welcoming Ukrainians who have family members in the United States.”
The U.S. has deployed a 25-person humanitarian response team to assess the needs, provide assistance and coordinate humanitarian efforts closely with the United Nations, NGO’s and the government of Ukraine, and is working to reach 3.1 million people in Ukraine with ready-to-eat rations, canned goods, bread, wheat, flour and oil. Mobile medical teams are also working to provide emergency health supplies and medicine, as well as providing psychological and mental health support.
