Kenny Chesney shares new single “Take Her Home”

Kenny Chesney released a new romantic ballad, “Take Her Home.” Said Chesney on Instagram:  “This song is everything life is made of in less than four minutes. “Take Her Home” was co-written by Zach Abend, HARDY, and Hunter Phelps, and tells a story about a couple meeting, falling in love and starting to grow old together. Chesney says: “Every now and then, you find a song that just feels right. There’s an honesty about life that you can’t just churn out. That’s what [‘Take Her Home’] is to me. When I got the demo, I immediately knew it was the first song I wanted to release from my next project.”

Nicki Minaj, Post Malone & Lil Uzi Vert to headline Rolling Loud California 2024

Rolling Loud announced the lineup for its 2024 edition in California, taking place at Inglewood’s Hollywood Park Grounds, near SoFi Stadium, from Mar. 15 to 17, 2024.

Nicki Minaj, Post Malone and Lil Uzi Vert are just a few of the acts slated to perform at the three-day event, with the festival posting on social media: “RL CALIFORNIA 2024. PRESALE THU, 11/16 @ 10AM PT. RSVP link in bio for first access to tickets + a chance to win free tickets before they go on sale 🔥
ON SALE FRI, 11/17 @ 10AM PT”

The lineup features a large slate of artists including YG, Tyga, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Rae Sremmurd, Sexyy Red, Summer Walker, Big Sean, Don Toliver, Bryson Tiller, Chief Keef, NLE Choppa, Luh Tyler, Lay Bankz, Flo Milli, 2Rare, Maiya The Don, Mozzy, Sukihana and more.

Tickets will go on sale this Friday (Nov. 17) at 10 a.m. PT on Rolling Loud’s official website. Pre-sale tickets will be available to purchase the day before on Thursday (Nov. 16) at 10 a.m. PT.

Alanis Morissette to launch 2024 “The Triple Moon Tour” with Joan Jett

Alanis Morissette will launch the 2024 “The Triple Moon Tour” across North America, featuring special guest star Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, as well as support from Morgan Wade.

​​Morissette said in a statement: “I am inspired and heartened and feel giddy inside to be going on this upcoming summer tour with Joan and Morgan and all our teams. Can’t wait to see you, can’t wait to perform!”

The 31-date trek kicks off on June 9th in Phoenix and will make stops in Austin, Nashville, Toronto, Denver, Portland, and more before wrapping up on August 10th in Inglewood, California.

A Live Nation pre-sale will begin on Thursday, November 16th (use access code BACKSTAGE) ahead of the general on-sale slated for Friday, November 17th via Ticketmaster.

Nashville notes: Mark Chesnutt's health update + ERNEST's upcoming collab

’90s country star Mark Chesnutt has shared with fans an update on his health and touring plans. “I've made the decision, to take the time to get healthy. I'll be coming off the road for the next couple of months to concentrate on getting well…to take care of me, my family and so that I can get back out on the road, to give back to ALL of you,” the “Bubba Shot the Jukebox” hitmaker wrote in his statement. ERNEST has been tapped by DJ and producer Steve Aoki for a new song, “Us.” The track arrives Friday, November 17, and is available to preview on Instagram now.

Gabby Barrett's giving back this holiday season

Gabby Barrett has announced her second annual Giving for Good Show.

It’ll take place December 19 at the Mercury Ballroom in Louisville, Kentucky, with Rachel Wammack set to open the show.

“100% of the proceeds from the show will go to @murphslife – what they do for people is amazing. I greatly suggest taking 30 seconds to go look at his page to know what you would be supporting.,” Gabby writes in the caption of her announcement post on Instagram.

Per its website, MurphsLife Foundation “provides aid and resources to those who need it most in developing economies by strategically identifying and helping impoverished families and communities with the goal of empowering them to become self-sufficient.”

Justin Moore's dropping “This Is My Dirt” on Friday

Justin Moore has announced that he’s releasing a new song, “This Is My Dirt,” on Friday, November 17.

“Wrote a song about the land I live on,” Justin shares on X, formerly known as Twitter, with an attached preview video of his upcoming track.

The anthemic number spotlights the dirt, fields, pond and land he grew up on and why it’s too sentimentally precious to him to sell.  “This Is My Dirt” is penned by Justin, Randy MontanaPaul DiGiovanni and Jeremy Stover.

Justin’s latest album is Stray Dog, which arrived in May and features the chart-topping Priscilla Block-assisted single, “You, Me, and Whiskey.”

You can presave “This Is My Dirt” now to hear it as soon as it drops.

Carly Pearce to perform on 'Christmas in Rockefeller Center'

Carly Pearce has been tapped as a performer for NBC’s Christmas in Rockefeller Center .

The annual special’s multi-genre lineup includes music stars Kelly ClarksonCherDavid FosterKatharine McPheeLiz GilliesBarry Manilow and Keke Palmer.

The annual special will also celebrate the lighting of this year’s Christmas tree – an 80-foot tall, 43-foot wide Norway Spruce from Vestal, New York – with over 50,000 multi-colored LED lights.

Christmas In Rockefeller Center, hosted by Clarkson, airs live on Wednesday, November 29, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC and Peacock.

Brian Kelley previews new country life ode, “How We're Livin'”

Brian Kelley is set to release his new track, “How We’re Livin’,” on Friday, November 17. 

“This song is all about workin hard, playin hard, and lovin every minute of it,” Brian shares on X, formerly known as Twitter, alongside a preview clip of the song.

“‘Round here it’s a family tradition/ It’s a long long line of lovin’ how we’re livin’/ Can’t help it it’s a country boy condition/ Where we spend our Johnny cash on huntin’ and fishin’/ And our boots stay ready/ Saddle up big Fords big Chevys through the mud/ ‘Round here it’s a family tradition/ It’s a long long line of lovin’ how we’re livin’,” goes the uptempo chorus. 

Brian’s latest releases include “Dirt Cheap” and “See You Next Summer,” which is currently #28 and rising on the country charts.

Tyler Hubbard relishes in good times in “Back Then Right Now” video

Tyler Hubbard has unveiled the music video for his latest single, “Back Then Right Now.”

The spirited visualizer features Tyler performing his feel-good number alongside friends who are enjoying the simple things in life, like skateboarding, motorcrossing, playing basketball, having fun in the pool and shooting fireworks. Influencer and musician Tayler Holder makes a cameo in the video.

“I could use some back then, right now/ ’98 Chevy with the tailgate down/ FM only with the gold up loud /Burnin’ up the night, innocent and wild/ I could use a little more wide-open/ Back when all I wanted was the hand I was holdin’/ Livin’ in the moment with the good-time crowd/ Makin’ life count/ Damn, I could use a little more/ Back then, right now,” Tyler sings in the nostalgic chorus.

“This was one for the books. Good times with good people. Get with your good time crowd and check out the ‘Back Then Right Now’ music video,” Tyler shares on Instagram.

“Back Then Right Now” is the lead single off Tyler’s forthcoming collection of new music.

“Thought You Should Know” about Luke Combs covering Morgan Wallen

Luke Combs recently shared his heartfelt onstage cover of Morgan Wallen‘s “Thought You Should Know” with Morgan by his side.

The footage was filmed at the 2023 BMI Country Awards, where Luke and Morgan tied as winners of the coveted BMI Songwriter of the Year award. 

“By the way, I love this song a whole lot. Congrats again,” Luke tells Morgan before kicking off his acoustic performance ?of Morgan’s #1 hit.

“Honored to be @bmi Songwriter of the Year alongside my buddy @morganwallen,” the “Hurricane” hitmaker adds in the caption of his Instagram video.

Morgan wrote “Thought You Should Know” with Miranda Lambert and Nicolle Galyon. It’s off his latest album, One Thing At A Time, which arrived in March. 

Meanwhile, Luke is currently ascending the country charts with his new single, “Where the Wild Things Are.” His cover of Tracy Chapman‘s “Fast Car” recently won Song of the Year and Single of the Year at the 57th CMA Awards.
